Enhance your bottom line with traineeships. What are traineeships? - A traineeship is a system of structured, work-based training combined with employment
- They are designed to help people start a career, and to provide businesses with trained, qualified staff
- Most traineeships are of 12 months duration
- On successful completion of a traineeship, the trainee will receive a nationally recognised qualification.
- Traineeships can be offered to either full-time or part-time employees.

- Frontline Management (Certificate IV)
How is the training delivered? At Acacia we strive to provide the most suitable method(s) of delivery for you and your employee, either: - On-site at your workplace (subject to minimum number of trainees)
- Classroom-based delivery (one day or two evenings per month)
- Correspondence – course materials are sent to the trainees, with support from a trainer via phone and email
Is there a lot of paperwork required to organise Traineeships? No, in fact, there is very little - and, it is all looked after by an Australian Apprenticeship Centre (a government-funded organisation) who will help you complete the paperwork, and ensure you receive all the incentives you are entitled to. This is a no-charge service. It's so easy!

TRAINEESHIP GOVERNMENT INCENTIVES...
Traineeships are available to both new and existing staff. However, to be eligible for maximum incentives, employees must be either new, or have commenced their employment with you within the last 12 months (for part-time staff) or within the last 3 months (for full-time staff). 1: FOR NEW AND/OR EXISTING EMPLOYEES FEDERAL GOVT. INCENTIVES – PAID TO THE EMPLOYER | INCENTIVE | Cert II | Cert III or IV | COMMENCEMENT (payable 3 mths after start) | $1,250.00 | $1,500.00 | | COMPLETION (payable upon successful completion) | N/A | $2,500.00 | | SUB-TOTAL | $1,250.00 | $4,000.00 | | ADDITIONAL INCENTIVES | | | | SCHOOL-BASED TRAINEE | $ 750.00 | $ 750.00 | | RECOMMENCEMENT (payable 3 mths after recommencement of a trainee who is out of trade) | $ 750.00 | $ 750.00 | | Further additional incentives may also apply for employees 45 years or older who meet special eligibility criteria, and for retention of school-based trainees. |
