Greg McCauley – CEO and General Manager

Greg has been involved in Vocational Education & Training for over 20 years, as a Trainer & Assessor, Training Coordinator, and Business Manager.

His qualifications include Business, Retail, Management, Auditing and Training & Assessment.


He became a founding Director of Acacia Education & Training after recognising the need for improved responsiveness by training organisations to employer and industry needs.

 

 

 

 

Megan Atkins - Training and Compliance Manager

With 25 years’ experience in education and training, Megan understands how to design and implement teaching and learning strategies that ensure students achieve their goals.


Megan has a passion for designing innovative, modern learning experiences. She has worked extensively with online learning packages, designing blended learning models that allow students to learn in a more flexible environment and at their own pace.


Megan’s qualifications include a Masters of Education, Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and a Graduate Diploma of Information Studies.

 

 

Matt Lyon - Administration Manager

Matt has 20 years’ experience in the Vocational Education & Training industry, and over 25 years industry experience in Management and Business Administration. He has formerly worked as a Trainer and Assessor with TAFE NSW and with Acacia Education & Training. His qualifications include Management, Business Administration and Training & Assessment. He now leads the Acacia Education & Training Administration team.

 

 

 

 

Adrienne Lyon – Training Consultant

Adrienne is our Training Consultant with over 20 years’ experience in the Vocational Education and Training industry.
Adrienne has a background in nursing with a focus on aged care and disability services and further qualifications in training & assessment, management, internal auditing and WHS.


As part of her role as Training Consultant Adrienne conducts Training Needs Analyses for clients to ensure needs are met.
