Training Package: BSB07 Business Services

This qualification provides you with the skills and knowledge to perform the role of a skilled operator and to apply a broad range of competencies in a varied work context.

Career opportunities/vocational outcomes: Completion of this course can provide opportunities such as: Call/Contact Centre Agent, Customer Service Representative, Senior Customer Service Representative, Telesales Representative.

Articulation: Units of competency from Certificate Level II may provide articulation into BSB30304 Certificate III in Customer Contact.

Entry requirements:
No formal business qualification is required but it is desirable to have some vocational experience in a range of support roles and some basic computer skills.

Course duration:  16 weeks to 1 year, dependent upon delivery format.
